A finished decorative flake concrete floor with a polyaspartic topcoat in a clean garage

One Floor System. Built to Outlast the Rest.

We install one thing, and we install it right: a professional polyurea and polyaspartic floor system with a decorative flake finish. Tougher than epoxy, UV-stable so it won't yellow, and built to handle Houston heat, hot tires, and everyday wear for years to come.

Why It Matters

Bare concrete doesn't stay nice for long.

Raw garage and patio concrete soaks up everything — oil, gas, water, road salt — and our Gulf Coast humidity and summer heat only speed things up. Left unprotected, it stains, cracks, and dusts over. The good news: the right coating system seals it off for good, makes it wipe-clean easy, and turns a tired slab into the best-looking surface in the house.

Long-lasting protection

A sealed system locks out oil, water, and road salt so your slab stops soaking up everything that lands on it.

Easy to clean

Sweep it, mop it, done. Spills wipe right off a coated floor instead of staining into bare concrete.

Safer, better-looking space

The flake texture adds natural grip underfoot and gives a tired slab a finished, showroom look.

The One System We Stand Behind

One floor, built the professional way — from the slab up.

Instead of offering a cheap floor and a good floor, we offer one floor done right. And here's the neat part: the way your floor is built is the exact order we install it. Each layer goes down in sequence — so a cross-section of your finished floor is really just the story of the day, from the ground up.

Install order 1 → 4
4
Polyaspartic topcoat
The UV-stable clear armor seals everything into one finished, walked-on surface — scratch-, chemical-, and hot-tire-resistant, and it won't yellow in the sun.
3
Full flake broadcast
Decorative vinyl chips are hand-cast into the wet base to full refusal, then scraped back — giving you color and texture, hiding minor slab imperfections, and adding natural slip resistance.
2
Polyurea base coat
The flexible strength layer goes down first, bonding deep into the slab and moving with it through heat and temperature swings instead of cracking like a rigid coating.
1
Diamond-ground foundation
We diamond-grind the slab with dust-collection equipment to a clean, open profile, then repair cracks and pits — so the coating bonds into the concrete, not just onto it.

Fast return to service. Because our system cures fast, most floors take light foot traffic the same evening and vehicles within a day or so — a fraction of the downtime an epoxy floor demands. We'll confirm exact timing for your space and Houston's weather.

The Honest Difference

Built to outlast Epoxy.

Epoxy was the go-to garage floor for decades, and for a budget indoor space with no sunlight, it still has its place — we're upfront about that. But for a floor that lives with Houston heat, hot tires, and daily use, epoxy has real weaknesses.

Our polyurea and polyaspartic system was engineered to fix every one of them — it stays flexible and bonds into the slab so it won't crack or peel, the polyaspartic topcoat shrugs off hot tires and sunlight without yellowing, and the whole system cures fast. Here's how the two stack up:

Wait — "polyurea" vs "polyaspartic"?

They're in the same family — polyaspartic is a refined type of polyurea. We use polyurea for the base because it grips the concrete and stays flexible, and polyaspartic on top because it adds the UV stability and hard-wearing finish. Base and topcoat, each doing what it does best. That's the whole secret.

Make It Yours

Color, texture, and grip — broadcast by hand.

The look of your floor comes from the flake. Once the base coat is down, we hand-broadcast decorative vinyl chips across the entire surface until it's fully covered, then seal them under the clear polyaspartic. The result isn't just good-looking — the flake adds a subtle texture that hides minor slab imperfections and gives you natural slip resistance.

Driveways · Patios · Walkways

Protect the concrete around your home, too.

Not every surface needs a full flake floor. For driveways, walkways, porches, and exposed patios, we offer professional concrete sealing that soaks in to protect against water, stains, cracking, and the wear of sun and weather — while keeping a more natural concrete look. It's the right-sized protection for the concrete that faces the street and the Texas sky.

Common Questions

Straight answers about your floor.

Is this better than epoxy?
For a floor that faces Houston heat, hot tires, and daily use, yes. Epoxy is rigid, yellows in sunlight, and is slow to cure. Our polyurea and polyaspartic system stays flexible, won't yellow, resists hot-tire pickup, and gets you back in your space faster.
How long does it last?
With proper prep and installation, a professional polyurea/polyaspartic floor typically lasts 15–20 years or more — far longer than a basic epoxy floor.
Will it be slippery?
The flake finish adds natural texture and grip, and we can mix an extra anti-slip additive into the topcoat for wet areas like patios and ramps.
Do you seal driveways and patios too?
Yes. For outdoor slabs like driveways, walkways, and uncovered patios, we offer concrete sealing that protects the surface while keeping a more natural look.
How soon can I use my floor?
Our system cures fast — most floors take light foot traffic the same evening and vehicles within a day or so. We'll confirm exact timing for your space and Houston's weather.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — financing is available through Acorn Finance for qualifying projects. Check your rate in seconds with no impact on your credit score.
